Day 16 and we're over the half-way mark of our 30-day challenge.

Well done to all of you who have taken part.  If you haven't been able to keep up for whatever reasons life has thrown your way this month, then please feel free to join in for as many days as you can comfortably manage.  The project is really to foster creativity and no-one is counting!

Today's painting is of a copse of silver birch trees.  I began it a few days ago as an exercise in being more 'painterly' while working in oils.  I'm generally happy with it but the tones need adjusting. Another painting I'll go back to after June.

As always I encourage you to see what everyone else is doing this month, so do check out our Facebook page at Join Us in June for 30:30.

Cheerio until tomorrow
