Glenorchy Stream

We were away for a week painting in a Glenorchy (a favourite place of mine) but were being hampered by the weather. It stopped snowing for half an hour so we rushed outside and carefully walked down towards Lake Wakatipu where I saw this delightful scene with the fresh snow still clinging onto the big bare tree trunks. I snapped a few photos just before the sky got dark again and more snow settled in.
